So, I will start flying or "progressing" on July 1st. Progression is the word used to describe the process of advancing from RL3 to RL1. RL1 is a fully qualified "crewchief" and RL3 is a newb. I am RL3 (noob). I am looking forward to finally making some progress toward becoming a qualified CE.
