Why why why do people in Southern California continue to run from the CHP? WHY?! Take this lady for example. I'm sure she watches COPS. I'm sure she has seen police chases. She got CAUGHT riding carpool without a passenger. Take responsibility for your actions and pull the fg over! Instead of a 150.00 ticket, she's in jail.
